Winemaking Notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were hand-harvested in the cool, early morning and gently pressed. After fermentation the wine was kept on the lees for a number of months to add complexity.

Tasting Notes: This wine showcases vibrant aromas of gooseberries, passion fruit, and bell peppers, with subtle tropical fruit notes adding complexity. On the palate it strikes a harmonious balance between lively fruit flavours and refreshing acidity.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes were hand harvested and carefully destemmed before fermentation. Pump overs were performed daily to extract the desired colour and tannins. After fermentation the wine was lightly pressed and left to mature in older oak barrels before bottling.

Tasting Notes: This wine shows intense red fruit and ripe plum on the nose. The palate shows characteristics of dark chocolate and juicy fruit and finishes with a balanced acidity and fine tannin structure.
