Vibrant aromas and flavours of zesty citrus (lemon, lime), green apple, and pear,  with hints of white peach, honeysuckle, and a saline/mineral quality. The wine is dry with high, mouth-watering acidity and a clean, short finish. It is best enjoyed young and well-chilled.
