Blend: 96% Sauvignon Blanc / 4% Semillon

Winemaking
Grapes were hand harvested and fermented separately, both having spent further time on the lees to add complexity and texture. The components were carefully blended to reflect the best of both varieties.

Tasting notes:
This wine features vibrant aromas of zesty lime, yellow fruit and gooseberries. On the palate, it delivers a tantalizing burst of lime, complemented by a hint of texture, finishing with a mouthwatering acidity.

Blend: 67% Cinsault / 33% Grenache

Winemaking notes:
Grapes are harvested separately during the early morning hours to retain their purity and freshness and brought into the cellar for fermentation. Gentle pump overs are performed daily to extract colour, flavour, and supple tannins. Maturation takes place in large, older oak before the components are blended.

Tasting notes:
Aromatic scents of raspberry, cherry and plums dominate the nose, complimented with notes of spice. The palate is vibrant and fresh, the delicate tannins are well-integrated creating a harmonious wine with a bright character and elegant finesse.
